Creamy Apple Cinnamon Oat Shake

Directions

  1. In blender, combine soy beverage, applesauce, oatmeal, honey and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Let stand 5 min. Add ice and blend until smooth.

  • 1 cup  Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 pkg   Regular Instant Oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp  liquid honey
  • ½ tsp  Cinnamon
  • 1 cup  ice cubes
