Power Smoothie

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add extra water or orange juice if the smoothie is too thick

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup whole grain oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 3 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup ice

Comments

Try adding chia seeds for additional fibre, protein and omega-3 fats!
