Tuscan Bean & Brown Rice Pasta Toss

- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Toss hot pasta with the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- 1 pacakge of gluten-free brown rice fusilli (prepared according to package instructions)
- 4 cups packed baby spinach
- 1 can six bean blend
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (blanched and thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
